Lead Procurement Analyst

Procurement Excellence and Sustainability in APAC. Responsible for implementing strategies, principles, practices, tools, digitalization and processes in the region to ensure the procurement function meets its commitments to the organization and supports actions that bring about improvements which may include, but are not limited to sustainability, quality, delivery, growth, margin expansion, delivering process standards across the company and leading efforts to ensure a strong execution and pipeline of projects to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy for best practices in analytics and reporting solutions together with stakeholders in Finance, Cost Engineering and Supply Chain and our Shared Service Center in Manila

• Lead procurement strategy analytics on volumes, supply chain data, cost and market factors (raw materials, customs duties, currencies, ...), derive key insights with clearly defined and tangible recommendations

• Identify levers to optimize the competitiveness of our key turbine configurations and plant solutions

• Develop continuous cost out/profitability activities

• Provide input and implement best practice and support for Strategy Development (Module + Commodity), Negotiation and Supplier Relationship management in the region

• Anchor point for capability building in the region

• Regional 'fit-for-the-purpose' Supply Chain strategies (including segmentation implications)

• Relevant skills through continuous improvement initiatives

• Provide business support and continuous improvements to the systems

• eAuction champion

• Implement digitalization strategy and roadmap in the region

  
  

Qualifications

• 7+ years overall working experience in Supply chain domains: Procurement, Sourcing, Project Management

• Excel at data analysis and high presentation skill

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Statistics

• Clear understanding on Turbine costing elements and its supply chain

• Working experience in a cross-cultural environment, handling international stakeholders is highly desirable

• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
