Project Management, Construction APAC subregion Asia


Responsibilities

  • Subregion P&L, budget, forecast

  • Monitor project progress, budget and performance on a continuous basis

  • Oversee and supervise the subregion project organization

  • Safety of all operation within subregion

  • Day to day communication and alignment with internal and external stakeholders


Qualifications

  • 15+ years of relevant project management experience

  • Experience in working effectively with work groups across a global organization

  • Proficient in English (verbal and written)

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office package


Competencies

  • Intercultural awareness and skills to supervise and align multicultural teams

  • Ability to handle with a number of ongoing activities

  • Ability to handle tense or conflict situations with a diplomatic approach

  • Customer focused and solution oriented

  • Solid ability to understand financial aspects of project and act proactively
