Responsibilities
Subregion P&L, budget, forecast
Monitor project progress, budget and performance on a continuous basis
Oversee and supervise the subregion project organization
Safety of all operation within subregion
Day to day communication and alignment with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
15+ years of relevant project management experience
Experience in working effectively with work groups across a global organization
Proficient in English (verbal and written)
Familiar with Microsoft Office package
Competencies
Intercultural awareness and skills to supervise and align multicultural teams
Ability to handle with a number of ongoing activities
Ability to handle tense or conflict situations with a diplomatic approach
Customer focused and solution oriented
Solid ability to understand financial aspects of project and act proactively
