Responsibilities:


  • Improve the performance and cost control in LATAM operation
  • Create indicators and have governance methodology
  • Be an engaged and have a collaborative spirit, focus to support all interfaced areas
  • Ensure an effective, productive, and lean process in the Transportation and Customs departments

Qualifications:


  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Production Engineering, Operations Management or General Business
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience role within warehousing, logistics, transportation, customs, or supply chain activities
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

Competencies:


  • Solid communication skills
  • Experience working with different areas/customers
  • IT capabilities and knowledge in ERP systems
  • Investigative skills and the ability to coordinate optimization and changes
