Accounts Payable and Receivable Team Lead

  • Coordinate the accounts payable (national and international) and receivable team activities
  • Work closely with shared services in Manila team AP/AR
  • Ensure that tasks are assigned and completed according to established standards
  • Oversee payment processes to ensure timely execution. Timely payments are crucial for maintaining positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Coordinate the reconciliation of bank statements, ensuring accuracy in financial records is essential
  • Deliver periodic reports on ongoing activities
  • Ensure correct documentation and processes for an international transactions, including DI control and BACEN register when needed
  • Maintain back office process with financial institutions in place
  • Analyze data related to accounts payable and contribute to strategic planning


Bachelor's Degree in Administration or Accounting

At least 2 years' work experience as Accounts Payable or Receivable Coordinator

Fluent English

Solid Experience Accounts Payable and Receivables

Experience in External Audit Support

User SAP R3
