Construction is responsible to install, commission and finally handover wind farms to the client. Working close together with the client and other stakeholders is a key parameter to ensure this happens safely, efficiently and with a high-quality standard.
After handover from Sales, Construction ensures Wind Turbine Installation projects are planned and implemented within the scope of the contract, on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- The Project Planner (f/m/d) supports the Project Managers and Site Managers to ensure wind turbine installation projects are planned and implemented within the scope of the contract.
- Create, maintain, and progress the overall resource loaded portfolio schedules in Oracle Primavera P6
- Ensure that all schedules are fully integrated and resource-loaded in order to ensure the accuracy of projected resourcing and staffing requirements
- Monitor and update accurate schedule progress toward achieving the desired project completion date and inform of changes to schedule outcome
- Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts or dashboards, and schedule analysis and status on KPIs performance
- Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and events that potentially affect schedule performance, and assist with assessment of project as opportunities and risks
- Input all the Potential and Official change events into the schedules and prepare impacted schedules printouts and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil/Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- 3 years' experience in Planning, Scheduling, or Control in major projects of Energy or Heavy Infrastructure projects.
- Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) projects is highly preferred. Knowledge of the Wind industry would be highly advantageous.
- Good awareness of the level of interaction required with the key stakeholders' teams to support the effective delivery of projects
- Good understanding of Construction industry heavy equipment and subcontractor's management
- Fluent in English; good understanding of technical terms
Competencies
- Solid verbal and written presentation skills
- High-quality organisational abilities and technical mindset
- Recent demonstrable competency with CPM scheduling software Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM is a good advantage. Knowledge of SAP ERP software
- Competency in Linear Planning (Time Location tools), 4D Construction Planning, BIM and Project Control are preferred, but not required
- Proficient in the MS Office 365 and willing to explore and develop skills in Power BI or SAP Analytical Cloud
- Certification by PMI or IPMA would be great however, understanding of these framework principles are highly preferred

Additional information
Primary Location: Vienna, AT.
You will be required to travel somewhere around 20 days
