Production Worker - Nakskov (Day/night)

Being hired as a production worker at Vestas is not just about experience, it's about motivation, curiosity, and interest in learning new things. Through thorough training and instruction, we will provide you with all the tools to become skilled at making wind turbines. The Nakskov factory produces blades for our offshore wind turbines; the factory is an epoxy workplace, so everyone must complete an epoxy course or have a certificate no older than 5 years.
This posting is for those who thrive on working 12-hour shifts, either day or night.
Responsibilities
Safety: At Vestas, safety is the first priority, which means you must prioritize your own and your colleagues' safety, both physically and mentally.
Quality: Our next priority is top-notch quality, so we expect you to take pride in producing a product that meets standards.
Production Plan: At Vestas, we also have some plans that need to be met to deliver on time. So, we expect an employee who is diligent and strives to meet deadlines without compromising safety or quality.
Qualifications
You are in good physical shape and accustomed to standing and walking throughout the workday.
It is advantageous if you have experience with 5S and Lean.
It is advantageous if you have experience with production work, but if you are willing to learn, we would like to hear from you.

You have an interest in learning new things and are curious.
