We work with Agile practices in a digital product-led setup within the Product Area of Digital Opportunity Development and Sales. Our focus is on continuously improving digital products that support the Sales Organization and Development, with broad engagement across Vestas' digital landscape and a clear vision for digital transformation.
As a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Architect, you will design and implement scalable CLM solutions that align with Vestas' business goals and compliance standards. You will blend technical and functional expertise to deliver impactful solutions, starting with a focus on Sales Contract Lifecycle Management.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end CLM solutions with an initial focus on Sales CLM
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, compliant technical architectures
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Sales, Procurement, and IT to define solution needs
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and integration strategies
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and implementation partners
- Ensure adherence to best practices in CLM design, integration, data governance, and security
- Evaluate and recommend CLM platforms and tools, ensuring integration with CRM, ERP and document management systems, and stay current on CLM, contract digitisation and legal tech
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in enterprise or solution architecture with a focus on CLM or related domains
- Hands-on experience with CLM platforms (e.g., DocuSign CLM, Icertis, Conga, Agiloft, Salesforce RCA)
- Solid understanding of contract processes, legal and compliance requirements, and digital transformation in commercial operations
- Experience with system integration, data modelling and workflow automation; familiarity with Salesforce architecture and integrations is a plus
- Experience with DevOps tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git) supporting design and delivery
- Ability to design scalable, performance-oriented solutions aligned with business needs
