Responsibilities:

  • Actively interpret and review transactional data regarding materials and cost center financial results with leadership, including trends/issues and opportunities, to take actions and develop processes.

  • Act as the primary point of contact to designate-customer service site stakeholders for spare parts.

  • Responsible for "Down Turbine" order management, communication, and results - High Urgency.

  • Interface with site managers and SBU management. Ensure clear communication of expectations and opportunities of both service sites and supply chain.

  • Provide customer support by following up on orders to optimize delivery to the customer while working with limited supervision.

  • Monitor daily supply chain health reports for critical sites, including but not limited to: zero bin, fill rate, service order monitoring vs stocking plan.

  • Monitor delivery note creation and warehouse reporting to ensure same-day shipment to meet agreed delivery expectations.

  • With limited supervision evaluate order volumes to make improvement recommendations, including stocking levels, forecast updates, and technical improvement candidates.

  • Engage technical resources to identify issue resolution. Liaison with operations engineering and service site personnel.

  • Deliver communication both upstream and downstream within the organization and across departments; tailored and targeted to the recipient audience


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with emphasis in business analytics, statistics, supply chain, accounting, or equivalent experience.

  • 3 or more years of experience in a customer service/sales function.

  • 1 or more years of Supply Chain experience.

  • Proficient at Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, One Note.

  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems particularly SAP.

  • APICS CPIM certification highly desirable.

  • 20% Travel

  • This position located in Portland, OR but open to remote work setup
