The Global Service LEAN team is responsible for coordinating further our Service Business' continuous improvement and execution excellence culture. We develop the process for Strategy Deployment, work on establishing global concepts, and implement breakthrough improvements based on methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.


In this role, you will develop professionally in a high-achieving and high-paced team in a global environment. You will have great impact and influence on the profitability and development of our Service business. While keeping high Safety and Quality standards, you will engage with our front-line operational organization to create value for our customers and shareholders, execute process improvements to reduce operational costs, and increase speed and productivity through waste elimination.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing scoped projects for execution

  • Implement Lean/Cost-Out projects as directed by Head of Operations

  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional workshops and teams

  • Support closure of key actions related to operational priorities

  • Reduce operational costs through Lean/Six Sigma/Cost-Out project completion

  • Be the motivation for progress on process improvement

  • Support other related projects as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

  • Minimum 5 years of Continuous Improvement or Quality experience

  • Experience with Process Improvement & Value Stream Mapping

  • Must have extensive experience bringing about improvements

  • Experience with change management and implementation

  • Established project management skills

  • Experience facilitating meetings with executive leaders and other key stakeholder groups

  • Ability to speak effectively with external groups, customers, and employees

  • Ability to create impact & receive buy from management teams and functional teams.

  • Quality written/verbal presentation and communication skills

  • Proven history of growth in big corporations
