Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, oversee projects, and manage cross-functional projects to drive the organization's goals forward.

  • Conduct research, data analysis, and provide recommendations on key business initiatives and opportunities.

  • Oversee critical projects and programs, ensuring timely execution and completion.

  • Take the lead on and organize large Service conferences, meetings and offsite events.

  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.

  • Organize meetings/book conference rooms / take and distribute minutes from meetings.

  • Create a positive customer experience when customers are visiting the Portland office

  • Coordinate meetings & tours for outside Vestas customers and people inside Vestas

  • Develop presentations (PowerPoint), spreadsheets, etc., for the Management team.

  • Order equipment for Service Leadership Team and simplify day-to-day operations and needs by organizing and automating tasks.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the local Service Leadership Team


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree - Business and/or similar or 5+ years' experience supporting managers/teams at an Executive Assistant level preferred.

  • Project management and effective task execution across varying levels of an organization

  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook)

  • Proficient in summarizing information to senior leadership that helps inform decisions and direction.

  • Ability to report to the Portland Corporate office for work
