Responsibilities
- Coordinate and liaise configuration or enhancement requests with all necessary parties including internal resources (Digital Solutions, P&C, MDM, and Group Finance) and external resources (SAP Concur, Bank)
- Ensure configurations or enhancements are completed on time and accurately implemented in the system
- Perform knowledge transfer and best practice sharing with the operations team for the effective use of Concur, including periodic assessments and training
- Support operations team in building a pipeline of proficient Concur users through continuous technical training
- Handle higher-level system queries and tasks such as detailed reporting, data presentation, and analysis
- Able to prepare and provide analysis or insights on monthly and ad-hoc reports with varying specifications
- Generate data or reports and able to present analysis and drive discussions with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor expense interface to SAP as scheduled during month-end
- Effectively deliver expectations of Concur users, business partners, and stakeholders
- Support future SAP Concur implementation plans
- Completes other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- 4-year Finance/Business degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years experience as a Travel & Expense professional with STRONG SAP Concur experience
- SAP Concur Implementation experience or related projects, a valuable asset
- Amenable to work on a hybrid working arrangement. 50% onsite monthly and with a reliable internet connection when working from home
Competencies
- Experience with SAP Concur is required. Thorough, in-depth technical understanding of the SAP Concur product
- Experience in the end-to-end Travel & Expense process
- Exposure to ERP platforms - SAP preferred
- Above average English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Adept in data presentation, and analysis and able to drive discussions from insights generated
- Highly analytical and comprehensive problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills - able to interact with multiple stakeholders both internal and external
- Willingness to learn different systems and take on other tasks as may be assigned
- Great sense of urgency and ability to step up whenever the need arises
- Positive attitude and exemplary self-leadership skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and can work with minimal supervision
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Showcases professionalism and a role model to more junior staff
- Proficiency in MS Office applications particularly Microsoft Excel
