Responsibilities
Training
Identify training and development needs within the department through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with the line managers
Facilitate the onboarding and induction of new hires and monitor and review their progress
Work closely with the SSC Finance's Training, Development, and Migration Lead
Performance
Responsible to design, developing, implement, monitor, and measure the performance of the line operations
Advise the leadership team on the policies and procedures necessary to advance individual performance in alignment with the business objectives of Vestas and the SSC Finance
Digitalization
Managing end-to-end delivery of the initiatives from strategic planning to tactical activities, including undertaking the requisite transformational and change management efforts to ensure effective implementation and rollout
Qualifications
With a high level and specific knowledge of accounting concepts and technical solid skills relevant to financial analysis
Ability to develop financial projections and build economic models
Efficient documentation and process mapping experience
Experience building and coordinating project estimate scenarios
A team and having a "can do" attitude; a focused person in a complex, demanding, and a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of using ERP Systems. Experience in SAP and SAP-BI is required
Must be an advanced-level MS Office user. Macros are an added advantage
Excellent in presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and business partners, including communicating numbers and data to non-financial people
Competencies
Has good finance, audit, or accounting background
Has knowledge of accounting guidelines and principles such as IAS and GAAP
Knowledgeable in process documentation, simplification, and standardization
Proficient in using Microsoft office software
Knowledge of using ERP (SAP) systems (preferred)
Expert in communication, stakeholder management, and business partners
