Supply Chain Digital Transformation Manager

We are in the process of moving to a new operating model, by setting up in-house led digital product teams who are responsible for designing, building, and continuously optimizing our digital products.


As our new Supply Chain Digital Transformation Manager, you will join a cross-functional department located in Denmark (Aarhus and Copenhagen), the Philippines (Manila), and India (Chennai).

Responsibilities

Business

  • Facilitate end-to-end supply chain digital transformation initiatives through the entire product lifecycle
  • Develop a team of professionals across various functions and geographies to facilitate projects
  • Translate complex business requirements into solutions to set a direction and deliver on the plans to create measurable results
  • Ability to investigate business challenges and translate them into solutions
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and management teams across operations, business units, etc.
  • Work closely with IT/Digital Technology Solutions on designing and developing planning systems

People

  • Manage direct reports, ensuring both the professional and personal development of the team
  • Motivate your team and celebrate successes, maintain performance levels, improve engagement, and monitor poor performance
  • Review staffing structure including the span of control and ability levels to ensure the best possible team set-up

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management or similar
  • 8+ years of full-time work experience in supply chain management
  • 8+ years of experience, leading digital transformation programs leveraging ERP, Supplier Collaboration, and Demand/Supply Planning technology solutions
  • Solid project management and change management experience
  • Experience in supply chain planning and process optimization is highly desirable
  • Hands-on experience in SAP/o9 or similar Planning/ERP systems
  • Knowledge of core Supply Chain business capabilities

Competencies

  • Understanding of the key business drivers and priorities and how to create value for the business
  • Good knowledge of the Agile software development lifecycle and product management methodologies
  • Innovative problem solving - willingness to understand the business, existing processes, and pain points, and apply various supply chain concepts to be able to design/explain solutions
  • Data analysis - both structured and un-structured to create data-based decisions
  • Project management and coordination to support projects globally with teams from different departments
  • Change management - the ability to influence and drive changes to existing processes for good across all levels of the organization
