Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and troubleshooting on issues related to various products and tools
• Read and understand complex application code and make code fixes to resolve support issues
• Customer notification and workflow coordination and follow-up to maintain service level agreements
• Interface with different teams to ensure maintenance on several products as per service level agreements
• Write well-designed and testable code
• Be committed to writing and updating comprehensive technical documentation and maintaining software functionality
• Be a significant contributor to the continuous improvement of our processes and tools
• Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance

Qualifications

• MSc in Software/ Computer Science/Engineering from an accredited university
• Experience with C#
• 2 or more years of overall development/technical support experience
• 2 or more years of experience to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues in complex applications
• Knowledge of SQL
