Responsibilities

  • Data validation and analysis in Site Pro (in-house software)
  • Ensure the accuracy of data prior to producing reports on material traceability from SitePro
  • User training and business support for Site Pro
  • Provide continuous improvements by expanding the current state and optimizing processes
  • Automate reporting tools by way of macros, SQL database, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.
  • Ensure timely recording of Goods Receipt and Goods Issues in SAP
  • Full end-to-end responsibility/accountability for progress reporting/tracking in our (NCE) operations
  • Other site coordination activities as deemed necessary by the regional Construction Team

Qualifications

  • Relevant business, engineering, or IT/computer science degree
  • With 1-3 years of experience in Project Management Support or Project Analysts is beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel incl. VBA, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Visio)
  • Knowledge of VB macro, SQL, or Power BI is beneficial
  • Has a growth mindset and always aims for continuous improvement
  • Good organizational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritize, achieve business goals, and always work with a customer-focused approach
  • Advanced English written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak with conviction
  • Effective cross-cultural stakeholder management and engaging communication skills at all levels
  • Willing to work in a Hybrid Set-up
