Service BPM Controller
Finance SSC > Costing and Inventory & SBU Controlling > SBU Inventory & Service Controlling – SBU II
Responsibilities
Coordinate and consolidate Service Monthly Performance Reporting
Partner with Service Operations to ensure the finance aligns with the operational expectations
Assist with the budget preparation process
Support month-end close activities related to service financial reporting
Monitor revenue and cost for Service
Perform other ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting
Adhere to Euro SOX compliance requirements
Assist the BPM team and Service Operations on various cost reduction initiatives such as crane cost, inventory turnover, transport cost, and the like
Collaborate with various stakeholders to perform basic controlling tasks on Service Contracts as needed such as revenue and cost recognition and forecasting, oversight of the availability of Bonus/Liquidated Damage process
Assist the Service Finance teams with ad-hoc projects and support prepare management reports if needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance or Accounting, MBA preferred
3 to 5 years of Business Controlling or financial analysis experience
Professional written and oral communication skills
Experienced in using SAP ERP system
Ability to work as part of a team
Flexibility and leadership
Ability to work with minimal supervision, and
Attention to detail and building smart well-organized spreadsheets
Competencies
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with others
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite computer skills
Able to navigate in the SAP ERP system
Ability to communicate in English
Ability to coordinate complex priorities and meet deadlines
Regular and reliable attendance
