Responsibilities
Supporting preliminary risk assessments: Providing input in analyses based on known feedback for current risks and identifying potential issues that may impact the supply chain; participating in supplier risk monitoring activities during risk events
Risk monitoring: Evaluating current risk information and ensuring that developments are accurately and promptly reported
Ensuring data quality is upheld by the organization when raising risks - reaching out to the relevant stakeholders to improve upon the quality of information for report-outs
Providing regular support to Global Procurement and regional teams, often on an ad hoc basis, in generating risk reports, ensuring they are tailored to the relevant audience
Engaging with cross-functional stakeholders in the improvement of risk management systems to provide the organization with an appropriate platform for better risk management
Implement the Risk & Incident Management Tool in Global Procurement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree within, Risk Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is a prerequisite
With at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement functions preferably with Risk Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Good investigative skills including the ability to identify and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis, deal with situations creatively and achieve business-focused solutions
High organizational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritize, balance responsibilities, achieve business goals, perform, and always work with a customer-focused approach
Skilled in stakeholder management and with engaging communication skills at all levels
