SAP Security Operator

Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the security of SAP systems to ensure that they are protected from cyber threats
- Identify and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner to minimize the impact on the organization
- Collaborate with other IT and business functions to develop and implement SAP security initiatives that align with the organization's security policies and standards
- Support SAP audit-related activities to ensure that the organization is compliant with regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Security or SAP Basis
- Experience with SAP GRC or other compliance tools is required
- Knowledge of SAP security concepts and best practices is essential
- enthusiastic about growing in the SAP Security area either in a governance function or as a technology specialist
- Basic Knowledge of SAP technology and Security frameworks like NIST CSF, NIS2, ISO 27001/27002, MITTR ATT&CK, etc.
- Hands-on experience with any SAP Security monitoring tool such as SecurityBridge, SAP ETD, Protect4S, Onapsis, etc.
- Technical experience in BASIS, ABAP development, HANA administration, and Cloud Security
- Has a growth mindset and is open to learning and supporting Security-related activities for non-SAP applications
Competencies
You are a person who can work together with the rest of the team toward a common goal. You also possess the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical staff and stakeholders, as well as be able to understand and interpret the requirements of technical staff. You must also have good practical thinking skills to identify trends and patterns in the data and to use this information to improve security controls. As well as problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
