Mobility Tax Analyst
As part of Vestas Global Finance Shared Service Centre, this team member is primarily responsible for providing financial services support to the Global Mobility in Vestas HQ.
The position is mainly responsible for Mobility in-scope activities, mainly collections from active Vestas employees on tax refund payments due, account and employee ledger reconciliation, and ensuring that Mobility-related reports are timely delivered and accurately processed. This role is on a global scale, which would require collaborative and close working relationships with various teams in Vestas Mobility, Payroll, Finance, and Vestas employees to ensure optimal resolution of issues, deadlines and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring of employee customer accounts for payments due to Vestas
- Execute the collection process for active employees with tax refunds due to Vestas
- Accurate preparation and timely execution of account and customer account reconciliation
- Able to investigate and analyse historical tax payment data
- Able to prepare reports related to collection activity and receivable status due from employees
- Handle administrative tasks - coordination and following up with employees in obtaining necessary documents related to their assignment
- Perform employee authorization list, compensation data reports, shadow payroll, and other related reports that may be needed for annual tax filing
- Collaborate and coordinate with other functions - Finance, Payroll and Mobility, and Vestas employees
- Assist the Global Mobility team in HQ for data, insights, and reports as needed
- Will serve as the main point of contact for any finance-related Mobility inquiries
- Support month-end close activities (if any)
- Adhere to internal controls & compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/University Degree, Business Studies/Finance/Management, or Accountancy graduate
- Professionals with at least three (3) years of accounting or finance-related experience
- With BPO/Shared Service experience
- Familiar with MS Excel

- Good to advanced written and oral communication skills
- With experience in using the SAP ERP system
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Problem-solving skills
- Agile, motivated, and responsive to planned changes
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
