Junior Accountant

The team is under the Global Finance of Vestas Shared Services Centre.

As part of Vestas Global Finance Shared Service Centre, the team is primarily responsible for providing standardized, rule-based services to the region. This refers to the end-to-end processes of fixed assets. The group is expected to have close collaboration with Regional Finance, Payroll &Treasury Department as well as with the other functions in SSC such as AP/AR/TE & Controlling and Reporting.

Finance SSC > A2R and AR > Global Fixed Assets

Responsibilities

• Provide support on audit requirements preparation

• Provide support on mailbox handling and IO/asset/contract creation/update

• Provide support in preparing documentation for SAP GRC control submission.

• Provide support on report pull-out as needed

• Provide support on BPC report for SPV (no postings)

• Provide support on project testing and clean-up

• Performs Adhoc tasks as necessary

  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy

• Experience with a background in Fixed assets, General Ledger functions, Reporting or Controlling

• Preferably with at least 6 months of working experience in the same field

• Preferably with BPO or Shared Service experience

• Flexible and willing to work on holidays as needed and, on any shift, as maybe assigned.

• Independent and can work with minimal supervision
