IT Project Manager
The Digital Solutions organization is set to drive the end-to-end digitalization of Vestas over the coming years. As part of the Digital Expert Services unit, we aim to deliver through our digital product delivery teams.
We are looking for a Project Manager, who is interested in supporting the digital organization with program and project management, and standalone delivery services, e.g. delivery planning, coordination, stakeholder management, etc. You enjoy learning new practices and are adaptable to a product-management organization. We expect you to be an experienced Project Manager with curiosity for an agile transformation, are constantly seeking to optimize collaboration, and are a person who naturally takes lead—possible role transformation into an Agile role within a year or two.

Responsibilities
Manage projects/programs and support the digital organization to deliver on promises, quality, and budget. Over time you will potentially transform into an agile role within Digital Solutions
Project planning and estimation
Communication with stakeholders across Vestas and with external partners
Oversee any external project resources
Quality assurance
Change management
Financial management of the project
Ensure projects meet defined goals
Prepare and report to a steering committee
Transition from project to operations mode
Qualifications
Degree in Communication, Business Administration, or IT. You must also have good demonstrable project management skills, a formal certification in PMP/Prince 2 preferred, and Agile certification/experience is advantageous.
Fluent in English verbally and in writing
Advanced project Management experience
Curious and highly influential individual
Ability to research, understand, and apply the concepts and best practices of any new industry
Has great physical abilities as well as a practical sense of what works in complex organizations
Solid communication/stakeholder management skills
Planning of larger transitions including change management
Planning and securing delivery of many parallel activities at the agreed quality and in due time
Experience in SAP PPM is beneficial but not a requirement
Competencies
Persistent and patient with the ability to prioritize - also in a time-sensitive situation
Are structured, results-oriented and capable of keeping an overview
An open-minded and curious personality with good communication skills combined with a focused and structured approach to getting the job done
Good cooperative and communication skills in a global organization with personal, professional, and cultural diversity
