Responsibilities

  • Experience in Design, Installation, Implementation, User Policies, Privilege account Provisioning, creating workflows, custom connectors, access policies
  • Should be capable to deploy/install/configuring CyberArk PAM Components
  • Provide inputs into engineering and the architectural design of Access Control, User Entitlements, Application Credentials, User Access Policy Management, enhancing security related to Privileged Access Management, High availability, and Disaster Resiliency
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the CyberArk PAM toolset
  • Provide overall direction and oversight into the PAM functions across the organization, including Password Vaulting of elevated user and application service accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with automation scripts in Python, Shell, and PowerShell (proficient in any)
  • Knowledge of customization of CyberArk Platforms, Connectors/Plugins, and good knowledge of auto-detection configuration and usage of Discovery Scanning tools
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure technologies including cloud
  • Articulate business & functional requirements based on evolving best practices and technologies
  • Work with IT infrastructure teams to gather information needed for PAM solutions
  • Work with IAM management and IT managers to understand business requirements, enterprise IT standards, and other considerations that influence how PAM solutions and services should perform and operate
  • Assist engineer/architecture team to write and document design specs and solutions according to defined processes, policies, and standards with information security requirements
  • Handle quality control and quality assurance activities, such as developing and executing test plans/scripts and resolving deviations or exceptions, for newly developed or enhanced PAM and Certification solutions
  • Work with the broader IT security, risk, and compliance organization to interpret policies and standards, ensuring policies and standards are properly followed by new PAM solutions
  • Promote policies, standards, and best practices across the organization, experience in building program and enterprise roadmaps

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in deployment & implementation of Privileged Identity Management
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field is required
  • Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and related standards
  • Work in a fast-paced, motivated environment, grasp new technology, and contribute at a rapid pace
  • Comfortable in a global fast-paced enterprise team environment, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and schedules, and balance support and project work
  • Candidates who have proven knowledge of other PAM/PIM tools (e.g. Thycotic, BeyondTrust) are preferred
  • Good to have CyberArk experience with large-scale customers across various industry verticals
