Responsibilities

  • Ensure high integrity in our numbers by having accurate figures in the factory report and high-quality budget based on well-documented assumptions

  • Ensure that there is full accuracy and stability in our forecast where all changes and deviations are explained by the underlying business drivers

  • A value adding Business Partner to COO Area and ensuring a fact based root cause-oriented performance reporting

  • Perform ad hoc reports based on business needs

  • Implement the relevant controlling tasks fully in accordance with the defined and agreed Vestas Financial Guidelines; and make sure controls and applicable compliance requirements are in place

  • Ensure timely update/s of Process Documentation (SOP)

  • Perform Controls and Compliance activities

  • Identify, suggest and implement improvement on current tasks, and participate in Global optimization projects

  • Proactively engage and collaborate with relevant colleagues and business stakeholders, in order to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality. Propose adjustments as necessary


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience within Financial Controlling/Performance Management/Finance Leadership positions

  • Relevant Master's degree in Finance, Auditing, Business Economics, or equivalent professional qualification

  • Solid experience working in a matrix organization

  • A proven previous experience in effectively implementing financial processes and reports

  • Fluent in speaking and writing in English

  • Professional presentation skills: ability to communicate a complex message in a more simplified manner
