Service Delivery Management

We are the Global IT, Service Delivery Management department. The team consist of 5 SDMs working in their respective area of responsibility.

The department is responsible for range of activities related to IT Service Management, Contract Management, Capacity Management, Supplier & vendor management. Operations & delivery management and IT Performance & Continuous improvement.

  • Contract Fulfilment regarding verification of SLA/KPI breach

  • Follow up on Time approval/rejection

  • Expense receipt validation

  • Initiate PO request creation and annual renewal of PO for continuous support agreements

  • Invoice mis-match evaluation

  • Capacity allocation and maintenance of Capacity tool (SAP PPM)

  • Validation of SOW and staffing

  • Onboarding and offboarding process

  • Regular communication to internal and external stakeholders

  • Housekeeping of IT tool

  • Knowledge article - Point-of-contact for changes

  • Supplier id/access issues

  • Support suppliers in creating tickets

  • Software License Management: Record maintenance, Overview with cost, expiration, housekeeping, ends user support, ticket overview and resolution

  • Invoice queries


  • Knowledge of office policies and procedures

  • Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, especially in excel and Power Point)

  • Effective organizational and time-management skills

  • Effective communication, ability to work well with a variety of stakeholders across the organization

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and SAPPM will be added advantage but not mandatory

  • Good understanding of either Supplier management or software license management.

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is typically required

  • Relevant work experience and understanding in either supplier management or software licensing and compliance.


  • The Administrator should be highly organized and able to balance responsibilities with ease.
