We are in the process of moving to a new operating model, by setting up in-house led digital product teams who are responsible for designing, building, and continuously optimizing our digital products. As our new Supply Chain Digital Transformation Manager, you will join a cross-functional department located in Denmark (Aarhus and Copenhagen), the Philippines (Manila), and India (Chennai).


Idea-to-Market & Order-to-Delivery > Procurement & Supply Chain > Process Excellence


Responsibilities

  • Partner with Accounts Payable to streamline the Procure to Pay process

  • Promote the implementation and adoption of new procure-to-pay processes. Ensure compliance with procurement processes: sourcing, contracts, purchase requests, purchase approval/orders, audit compliance, and high data quality

  • Interact with stakeholders to drive and influence process improvement strategies

  • Understand the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the business processes

  • Assist in periodic audits of Global Procurement as needed and take necessary steps to correct any discrepancies

  • Participate in projects of all functional areas across the organization


Qualifications

  • 3+ years work experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance

  • Experience in Business Process Management• Six Sigma Certification is an asset but not a requirement

  • Project Management skills

  • Knowledge of systems such as ARIS/MS Visio or other process modelling tools

  • Technical knowledge of Ariba and SAP for instance

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or any related field


Competencies

  • Experience in business process improvements and process reengineering (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean)

  • Process modelling and analysis skills including but not limited to process improvements, gap analysis between current and future state along with root cause analysis• Must have thorough working knowledge on modelling tools like ARIS, Visio etc.

  • Business Process Review experience and able to translate business requirements to optimum solutions, adhering to quality standards

  • Advanced analytical, policy-making and leadership skills

  • Self-motivated and directed with keen attention to details

  • Significant ability to prioritize and deliver results

  • Expert communication and reporting skills

  • Customer-centric and results-oriented individual
