Responsibilities

  • Manage and perform Month end closing but not limited to preparation, analysis, and posting of journal entries, Trial Balance Review, and Balance Sheet Reconciliation
  • Perform Financial Statement Analysis and preparation of Cash flow including Local Statutory requirements, Prepayment Schedules, cost allocation
  • Proactively engage and collaborate with relevant colleagues (i.e., AP/ AR/TE, Controlling and Reporting) and business stakeholders (i.e., Regional Finance, Payroll & Treasury), to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality
  • Performed analytical review to ensure achievement of KPIs and PPIs for the specific function assigned

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • With significant background in General Ledger functions, Reporting, or Controlling- With at least 1.5 to 4 years of working experience in the same field
  • With Shared Service experience

Competencies

  • Typically but not required white belt trained or with knowledge in process improvement methodologies
  • Preferably with certifications (i.e. CPA, CMA, CIA etc.) but not required- With good communication skills
  • Problem solving-oriented
  • Flexible and willing to work on holidays as needed and on any shift as maybe assigned
  • With positive behavior and attitude. Can blend well with different kinds of personalities
  • With knowledge of using ERP systems
