Clerk, Warehousing Outbound - Yukon, OK
General Purpose:
This position will primarily be responsible for reviewing order data in SAP for completeness and transferring this information into a customer program portal per contract requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains database by entering new and updated customers and order information
- Establishes entry priorities
- Processes customer and order source data by reviewing data for deficiencies
- Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
- Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Essential Functions:
. Transacts systematic movement of inventory to and from site locations
. Troubleshoots and sources any potential shortages to be shipped to sites in need
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and data management software (SAP preferred)
- Ability to communicate orally and written in English
- Ability to interact frequently with others in a professional, courteous manner
- Able to complete responsibilities in a timely, professional and quality manner
Education, Training, and Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- SAP knowledge preferred
- MS Office experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment efficiently
- Strong communication skills

The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand and walk, as well as travel to other locations, some that may be remote.
