Warehouse & Transport Manager

The logistic department in Nakskov contains of three subdivisions, planning/logistic, warehouse and Transport. A total of around 65 people. Transport and Warehouse is working six days, 24 hours.
Planning/ logistic works closely together with global planning and offshore projects in Northern part of Europe.
Responsibilities
- Planning of finished blades and shipment to customers
- Ensure production can run smoothly whiteout shortage of materials
- Management of planning/logistic, warehouse and Transport
- Continuously drive improvement activities within factory and logistics department
- Accountable for yearly stock count and periodic cycle count set up for plant
- Organize and develop team within Logistics to meet production plan requirements
- In general to support and optimize the processes related to warehouse, planning and purchasing
Qualifications
- Engineering degree as Production Engineer or similar
- Experience from a Production industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software, among others SAP
- Good management and organizational skills
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements
- Fluency in English and Danish is required
