Training Coordinator
We are the Admin team for the NCE Vestas Service & Construction Academy. Our department delivers technical and safety training to internal and external employees in the NCE region.

Responsibilities
You will ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective coordination of all technical and safety training for Vestas NCE, working closely with the other Training Coordinators while being responsible for your own areas as well.
You will create and maintain relevant training tools and templates and remain up to date on current legislation related to training in all the markets Vestas operates in. As Training Coordinator and the 'face' of our Training Facility in Lindø, you will be the single point of contact for our course participants and instructors on site, in collaboration with our facility assistant.
You will offer specialist support and guidance to our Projects department and subcontractors who require Vestas-specific training.
You will also be responsible to
- Support Sourcing in negotiating supplier agreements
- Maintain relations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Forecast and book technical training as well as safety-related courses
- Create and manage POs/PRs for training activities
- Maintain course and user administration in the Learning Management System
- Arrange and book external courses
- Help line managers plan safety and technical training programs for individual employees
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who has good knowledge of and experience from the wind industry, or a candidate who has a background within training, administration, communication or similar. You can influence and motivate your colleagues to learn new procedures and work styles while never compromising with our high safety standards. It is important that you are proactive and well-structured, so you can initiate and take the lead on the necessary training activities.

Additional information
Your primary work location will be Munkebo, Denmark. You should expect some travel activity, approximately 5 days per year.
