PEX Department for Nacelle & HUB production is a department which provide both daily support in scope of LEAN/Kaizen tools and continuous improvement activities for optimal arrangement of our processes. The PEX team at Lindø closely cooperate with all stakeholders on different levels of organization structure to ensure adding value in maintenance and daily routine tasks as well as new, exciting projects.



Responsibilities

  • 5S Audit and Trainings
  • Crane Plans (Update according to changes)
  • Job Sequence Alignments
  • Warehouse Delivery Plan Update
  • Data Gathering from Apriso (Andon system) For Production
  • Local Kaizen Board (Facilitate and follow up) and New Tools Board Standard
  • Apriso (Andon system) Support for Production

Qualifications

  • Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience of production/process/tools engineering in a manufacturing environment
  • Experienced in Kaizen Activities. Kaizen Board, 5S, Lean
  • Experienced with Production Support software's and ERP software’s

Competencies

  • Great communication skills, with fluent English proficiency
  • Basic Danish oral skills required
  • Team player and understands how to work in line- and matrix-organizations
  • Makes timely, informed decisions that consider the facts, goals, constraints, and risks
  • Develops fresh ideas that provide solutions to all types of workplace challenges

Location: Lindo, DK
Approximately 20 travel days will be required per year
