Join a highly skilled and dedicated team at the Nacelle factory in Lindø as a Kaizen Engineer, where your ideas and actions will directly shape the future of renewable energy manufacturing. This role is central to Vestas’ commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. You’ll work hands-on to optimize production processes, enhance safety, and drive efficiency in one of our most advanced manufacturing environments.

As part of the PEX (Process Excellence) Department, you’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders — locally and globally — and gain exposure to strategic initiatives that make a real impact. What You’ll Do

  • Support factory strategic plan and performance follow up
  • Conduct factory lean education, offer training to employees on lean and kaizen
  • Align job sequences to improve workflow in assembly
  • Collect and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Acts as a role model and coach regarding the use of PEX tools, methodology and application in the process

What You Should Bring

  • Ability to analyze and present data in a clear and simple way
  • Experience in production, process, or tools engineering within manufacturing
  • Hands-on knowledge of Lean tools like 5S and Kaizen
  • Practical experience in managing change in a production environment
  • Familiarity with production support software

Skills That Matter

  • Strong communication skills in English; basic Danish is helpful
  • Able to make the right decisions based on facts and goals
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups and Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization, from shop floor to senior leadership
