Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join our Service UK team in the North East of Scotland, working in support of our offshore windfarms, providing administrative, logistical and materials support to the operations team. In line with Vestas quality, HSE and Operational procedures, you will provide assistance to site management, coordinate all administrative and reporting requirements, overseeing training & Rota requirements and facilitate the effective procurement of materials and resources for site using the Vestas SAP system.
Responsibilities
- Processing requests and tasks via company ERP system (SAP)
- Conducting all necessary site administrative tasks
- Processing daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements together with controlling the staff Rota
- Coordinating training bookings and managing training matrix
- Liaising with customers
- Supporting and covering for the warehouse team with material movements, loading, offloading and shipping
Qualifications
- IT skills (SAP, Dynamic, Oracle, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good English skills both oral and written
- Full driver's license
- Administrative skills
- Planning and coordinating experience
- Operation, Site or Service support experience
