Service industrialization is a global team ensures the implementation of allbrand service projects (Vestas and Multibrand), engineering changes. The team members are in Denmark, Germany, India, Poland, Portugal, Spain and the US. We work in close collaboration with a number of stakeholders across the organisation such as operations engineering, platform and Multibrand management, VPS and the SBUs. We strongly believe in diversified and multi-cultural workforce which can enhance the overall performance of the team and our service to the customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze requests to update task lists (work types) based on agent's input, technical supports input and consumption data input

• Communicate status of task lists changes requests and approach agents if needed

• Define & prioritize global scope needs across the regions to increase availability & accuracy of work types

• Recommend missing task lists based on daily analysis

• Accountable that work types comply with global governance & global guidelines. Quality check

• Create and update guidelines to facilitate agents & task list managers

• Communicate status of task lists changes requests and approach agents if needed

• Define content for the missing regional work types based on regional input as well as evaluation and analysis of data

• Based on work order data, analyze demand for additional task lists to be created (availability)

• Based on work order data, analyze demand for task lists to be revised (quality)

• Report progress of availability and quality of work types.

Qualifications

• Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation and control, Electromechanical, renewable energies or equivalent to any of them.

• Experience from technical planning or field service execution as a technician

• Technical wind turbine knowledge

• Tooling knowledge

• Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerBI skills

• SAP knowledge

• SQL knowledge

• Windchill experience

• Demonstrate effective communication to all levels of the business

• Good system and business understanding

• Ability to evaluate numerical data and identify trends
