  • Manage 40+ subcontractor technicians and other area personnel
  • Serve as a link between site supervisors, operations managers, directors, and corporate office on technical issues.
  • Manage resources schedules and work assignment locations remotely
  • Interact with vendors for site support.
  • Assist with budget development, and cost tracking for direct reports
  • Responsible for developing and managing their subcontractor technician pool to ensure the area is properly staffed and prepared to respond to unscheduled maintenance needs
  • Partner with Ops Manager and Site Supervisors to coordinate unscheduled services and CIM work with ongoing site activities to maximize turbine and employee productivity
  • Partner Ops Manager and Site Supervisors to ensure 365/24/7 operation functionality of the sites related to subcontractors
  • Manage and develop KPI´s for the control of the subcontractors.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • 3 - 5 years' experience as project manager, project lead, or other management experience, especially in industrial or construction industry
  • Technical background or equivalent education
  • English communications skills (verbal, active listening, written, meeting management, presentation)
  • Business financial knowledge preferred
  • Experience with and ability to coordinate and manage projects
