Operation Support Central Ameri

Responsabilidades:

Coordinación de Business Support en cada Site:

Compilar la información administrativa de las distintas áreas, priorizar las tareas administrativas de las áreas, asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos administrativos.

Soporte de HR de las áreas

Compilar y Controlar la Lista de Empleados, mantener la información en el Team Site de Service, Controlar los Procesos de Selección de las áreas, Supervisar las Incidencias de Nómina, Gestionar de la Matriz y del Proceso de Formación, Controlar del Fleet Management

3. Control Financiero de las áreas

Compilar la información financiera enviada por cada Site, asegurar la fiabilidad de los datos financieros, Supervisar los costes financieros de cada Site, Asegurar la correcta locación de costes

Cualificaciones:

• Administración Degree o similar
• Experiencia en puestos similares
• Conocimientos de finanzas y análisis contables
• Conocimiento en SAP.
• Inglés intermedio, leer e interpretar.
• Disponibilidad de viajar puntualmente.
• Disponibilidad de trabajar de forma hibridad en Ciudad de México
