We are currently looking for a Repair Program Manager – Mediterranean (MED) to join our Global Repair team. This role is key to developing our repair activities in the region, introducing new products and strategies to market, and cultivating business growth in alignment with Vestas’ circularity goals.

- Develop and own the regional repair strategy, including a roadmap to grow and improve the business.
- Identify and execute initiatives to scale repair operations: new business opportunities, partnerships, markets, and product introductions.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Repair organization, Strategic Business Units (SBUs), internal repair workshops, and external vendors.
- Prepare regular reports on business development, cost savings, repair utilization, and market trends.
- Create and implement regional supply plans and pricing strategies for repaired components, ensuring financial performance and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver on key performance targets, including savings, repair utilization, and circularity metrics.
- Provide data and business cases to support decision-making and encourage cross-functional alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, supply chain, production, or logistics within a technical industry (renewables).
- Extensive experience in strategy development and execution; knowledge of repair processes.
- Skilled systematic approach with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Proficient communication and presentation skills, fluent in English, Italian, or Spanish.
- Highly capable in project management, comfortable with navigating change and interacting across several organizational layers.
- Dedicated and result-oriented, capable of effective task management while collaborating with others across various levels.
