Region MED < SBU MED Service < Master Scheduling East area

The Service department, in charge of preventive and curative maintenance of the Vestas wind turbines installed in France, is looking for a Regulator Planner for maintenance operations.

Attached to the Service Operation Support department, the Regulator Planner will work in partnership with the operation manager and their technical teams.


Your mission will be to plan maintenance activities in compliance with implementation processes in order to ensure safety quality, as well as quality during operations and the performance of our turbines in accordance with our contract obligations.


Responsibilities

Under the responsibility of the planning team leader, the incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Accurately preparing a 3-week schedule > Short term schedule
  • Preparing and refining a 12-week schedule > medium term schedule
  • Preparing and smoothing the workload over the year > long term planning
  • Optimizing interventions by grouping tasks
  • Anticipating and formulating requests for support in accordance with the load plan analysis
  • Checking the availability of tools and material
  • Issuing purchase orders
  • Assigning mission orders to relevant personnel
  • Ensuring the proper closure of missions’ orders > cost management, clean and up-to date system in continuous
  • Monitoring indicators used to measure planning performance, while acting accurately in case of deviation
  • Keeping a safety focus over launched activities


Qualifications

  • 2-years study level or equivalent
  • English good working knowledge, both written and spoken (B1 minimum level of the European framework of reference)
  • Experiment in an industrial environment
  • Mastering Pack Office , Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce
