Administrative Support/ Training Coordinator - Port Elizabeth, South Africa
Vestas Southern Africa currently operates and maintains 12 wind farms in South Africa, combined installed capacity over 900MW . This position will be based in Port Elizabeth.
Responsibilties:
Creation of PR/PO, and follow up the payment process
Invoice handling if there is a problem
Supplier communication/management in coordination with Procurement department
Training Coordination
Managing Port Elizabeth Facility needs
Coordination with HR, P&C - Assisting for local procedures
Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role for 2-3 years
Fluent in English
SAP / Salesforce
Competencies:
Good communication skills
Organizational skills
High standards of workmanship
Ability to react, work in a time-sensitive setting and to tight deadlines
Ability to work independent and as a part of a team
Willingness to learn
Able to participate & communicate within a diverse team environment (multi-cultural)
