Vestas Southern Africa currently operates and maintains 12 wind farms in South Africa, combined installed capacity over 900MW . This position will be based in Port Elizabeth.


  • Creation of PR/PO, and follow up the payment process

  • Invoice handling if there is a problem

  • Supplier communication/management in coordination with Procurement department

  • Training Coordination

  • Managing Port Elizabeth Facility needs

  • Coordination with HR, P&C - Assisting for local procedures


  • Experience in a similar role for 2-3 years

  • Fluent in English

  • SAP / Salesforce


  • Good communication skills

  • Organizational skills

  • High standards of workmanship

  • Ability to react, work in a time-sensitive setting and to tight deadlines

  • Ability to work independent and as a part of a team

  • Willingness to learn

  • Able to participate & communicate within a diverse team environment (multi-cultural)
