Regional Service Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Site Supervisors
• Create Purchase requisitions and send POs to suppliers
• Track completion of work and GR PO's and manage invoices through to payment
• Manage vendor accounts to ensure no overdue/outstanding payments
• Input contracting technician timesheets into SAP
• Assist with accommodation and vehicle administration
• Site event coordination

Qualifications

• Full clean driving license
• Admin related qualification
• At least 3 years work experience

Competencies

• Understanding of the MS Office system - Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge of the Ariba or SAP system or similar
• Ability to learn new skills
• Detailed oriented
• Organised
• Budget and cost controlling experience
