As Site Manager, you will be responsible to engage in the operation and maintenance of the projects. You will be engaged in managing stakeholders both internal and external, maintain site budgets, promote operational efficiency, and manage customer accounts and service contracts.

Your focus as the qualified applicant will be to develop and support on-site service capabilities, creating a customer focused culture and maximizing profitability in line within Vestas Business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Principle project leadership

  • Effectively support Service, Warranty & CIM works

  • Wind Farm leadership

  • Ensure OH&S policy is effectively implemented and managed at site

  • Ensure transition of projects from construction phase to Service Contracts

  • Fiscal responsibility to Vestas, i.e. budget expenditure, cost control

  • Manage and report to relevant client contacts

  • Development of the business by ensuring system efficiency, setting progressive service strategies

  • Develop self by undertaking technical and product training, and ensuring staff management capabilities are sufficient

  • Support major sub-contractor relationships

  • Support implementation and execution of Vestas business standards / KPI's


Qualifications

  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree or similar

  • Trades background well regarded but not essential

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
