Your Mission – Step Up and Make a Difference!
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join our Nordseecluster Service team. Based offshore the service operation vessel (SOV) the Shift Leader is managing the day-to-day operation of the assets from the vessel on a 14/14 day rotation. Encompassing HSE, production performance, operations and maintenance and employee development.
- Responsibility for all offshore operations
- Employee line management and development
- Maintaining code of conduct, discipline, and culture on the SOV
- Facilitate SOV technical focus, team meetings and strategy deployment
- SOV crew interface management & contingency planning for vessel operations
- Turbine inspections, safety walks and auditing
- Participate in morning briefings and toolbox talk
- Escalate HSE, performance and operational issues to the Service Manager
- Oversee management of subcontractors onboard vessel
Your Profile – You’ve Got What It Takes!
- Professional experience with electrical or mechanical systems - potentially gained in the offshore industry or in a similar industry
- Experience in Management and Supervision
- Experience in Managing and developing efficient teams
- IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP systems, data processing and PowerPoint
