Your Mission – Step Up and Make a Difference!


Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join our Nordseecluster Service team. Based offshore the service operation vessel (SOV) the Shift Leader is managing the day-to-day operation of the assets from the vessel on a 14/14 day rotation. Encompassing HSE, production performance, operations and maintenance and employee development.


  • Responsibility for all offshore operations
  • Employee line management and development
  • Maintaining code of conduct, discipline, and culture on the SOV
  • Facilitate SOV technical focus, team meetings and strategy deployment
  • SOV crew interface management & contingency planning for vessel operations
  • Turbine inspections, safety walks and auditing
  • Participate in morning briefings and toolbox talk
  • Escalate HSE, performance and operational issues to the Service Manager
  • Oversee management of subcontractors onboard vessel

Your Profile – You’ve Got What It Takes!


  • Professional experience with electrical or mechanical systems - potentially gained in the offshore industry or in a similar industry
  • Experience in Management and Supervision
  • Experience in Managing and developing efficient teams
  • IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP systems, data processing and PowerPoint
