The Finance NCE, Service BPM (Business Performance Management) is the team who act as finance partner of the Service NCE Organization. responsible for more than 20b€ backlog and 500m€ EBIT its the core of the financial stability in Vestas Worlwide. As a Business Partner in Service Finance, your primary area of responsibility will be business analysis and decision support within NCE Service Commercial team.
  • Support review and implementation of the Service Cost Model (SCM), providing financial analysis, business insights, and contribute to informed discussions and decision-making
  • Engage and work together with all areas of the organisation to validate and challenge the cost and risk profile included in the sales pre-calc
  • Provide clear, up-to-date, and relevant management information in relation to SCM and project profitability
  • Root cause analysis on pre/post-calc performance to identify areas of improvement and follow up to ensure that expected improvements are delivered
  • Act as a trusted advisor on financial matters, by bringing expertise and financial transparency
  • The Finance Business Partner will be directly reporting into the Senior Director, BPM Service NCE, but engage daily with the Business and other areas of the company


To qualify for the position, you should have a relevant educational background combined with approx. 3-5 years of experience with finance business partnering, finance manager/advisor or similar. You have
  • A Master's or diploma degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related subject
  • Experience working in/for a large international company, beneficial with experience from working with or in a procurement organisation
  • Experience with systems including MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) required, and SAP, SAP BI, SAP BPC experience is beneficial
  • It is required that you are fluent in spoken and written English

Your work location will preferably be Hamburg, DE but could also be Aarhus or Copenhagen, DK.
