Business Improvement Specialist (m/f/d)

Department Description
The Operations Management Office (OMO) sits within Service Operations in the Service business unit, Northern and Central Europe (NCE) at Vestas. We own the operational governance, shape the business transformation agenda for operations in Service and act as an interface between global headquarters and regional operations. We are the centre of excellence for system and process developments within the region. Furthermore, we provide daily business support to assist our operational colleagues reach their (and all our) targets to deliver the Service KPIs and overall Service strategy.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Service management to ensure continuous focus on implementing change and operational performance improvements
• Govern and follow-up on initiatives locally and globally, mainly for cost efficiency and contractual availability
• Support the management of strategy & budget planning cycles across the businesses and in alignment with local and global stakeholders
• Consult and support on operational performance improvements
• Provide support to the Directors for Service Operations and the Operations Management team in project management or data analysis

Qualifications

• Master or equivalent in Business/Economics field
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably from strategy consulting or a business development function
• Working experience with change and stakeholder management
• Experience within operational excellence or operational business development
• Experience in service business, especially within the (wind) energy industry
• Fluent in English on professional level

• High ability to independently structure tasks and plan complex activities

This position is available in Hamburg, Berlin or Aarhus
