As Banking Professional (m/f/d) you will be part of the Financial Controlling team in region Northern and Central Europe (NCE) and collaborate closely with the rest of the Finance organization in the NCE region but also with the Group Finance function in Copenhagen and Shared Service Center located in Manila.
As Banking Professional (m/f/d) you are the key contact in the region for banking topics with main purpose to ensure compliance and quality in our banking activities.
The NCE region covers more than 40 legal entities i.e. Sweden, Norway, Denmark, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Romania and Czech. The wide span of legal entities in combination of a centralized finance function requires the finance team to be structured, motivated and open for continuous change.

Responsibilities

  • Payment approvals
  • Bank account management (communication with banks, approval rights, accesses, etc)
  • Ensure liquidity across all internal and external bank accounts
  • Key contact for various departments in the region on banking topics and payment processes
  • Drive compliance and quality of payments and other banking activities including KYC requests
  • Initiate and support improvements for our banking setup
  • Support audit requests and relevant SOx controls

Qualifications

  • Relevant education / degree most likely within Finance, Treasury, Banking or similar combined with work experience, preferably in an international company
  • Good understanding of Online Banking set up, Bank account management, payment execution and Inhouse Banking / Cash Pooling
  • Knowledge and experience within SAP is an advantage
  • Fluent in English - German is a plus
