Job Opportunity: Shore-Based Operations - Port of Esbjerg
Join our shore-based operations team in Esbjerg, supporting both the 4 onshore V164 turbines at MAADE and the 49 offshore V164 turbines at Horns Reef 3.
In this key role, you will take primary responsibility for the MAADE turbines while also supporting the Horns Reef 3 team in a Deputy Supervisor capacity. The position includes occasional travel to other offshore wind farms within Vestas for training, knowledge sharing, and development.


Responsibilities

  • Coordination Turbine booking, service registration, CIM/Tests, planning and resource allocation
  • Operational Participation & Support and active involvement in turbine activities and on-site support at MAADE, HR3 and Thyborøn
  • Logging hours and downtime, data, monthly reports, and performance monitoring
  • Creating and updating cases (YM, TC, etc.) in SAP and generating work orders
  • Document control (WTSR, SIFs, etc.), ensuring process and procedural compliance before and after execution
  • Input and assistance with troubleshooting and operational optimization
  • Acting as a functional Deputy Supervisor and supporting the Operational Technical Specialist. Managing stakeholders, participating in Client Meetings and handling general administration and paperwork

Qualifications

  • Electrical/Mechanical degree from a technical school/college/university
  • Solid professional experience with electrical or mechanical systems, in wind or offshore, and with HV
  • Wind turbine experience
  • Good Danish and English skills in reading/writing
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Full driving license

  • Team player and able to work on your own
  • Flexibility to support our other sites such as Horns Reef 3, Thyborøn, and Lindø
  • Not afraid to take the lead, and good at structuring tasks and your week
  • Comfortable working offshore and at heights

Additional information

Location: DK, Esbjerg
This is a full-time position (37 hours/week), Monday to Friday, with the possibility of providing support outside regular working hours and during weekends when needed.
