Production of blades for WTB. The production department is responsible of the blades manufacturing according to the specifications, following the most strict safety and quality rules. The department is compounded by more than 1000 production workers, working on 12 hours shifts following a 24 hours/7 days weekly calendar.

As a production supervisor, he/she will be the responsible on his/her working shift about everyting around production:

• Safety: report incidents, Implement actions in the working shift, be part of the people's behaviour change.
• Quality: Implement actions to improve quality, be part of continuous improvement team, and watch over the right quality.
• Production: Implement and follow up takt time, find out areas of improvements and implement them.
• Inventory: Periodical materials inventory.
• People: manage teams

• Studies: minimum FP1 o grado medio
• Lenguages: native spanish and medium level of english
• Experience related to this field
