The production Quality department is responsible to ensure the adherence of the manufacturing process and products to the instructions and specifications. It is also responsible for the handling of deviations or non-conformities that occurred during the manufacturing of the blades.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation, maintenance and performance of the quality management system in the production area.
• Process quality improvements: in collaboration with TS and production staff, leading quality improvements in the manufacturing process.
• Ensuring implementation of control plans in blades manufacturing.
• Establish plans for process and product audits in the production area.
• Responsible of customer complaints and consequent containment and corrective actions.
• Direct a group of quality inspectors, assigning tasks and priorities
• Promoting Quality Culture in the organization

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering with minimum 4 to 5 years of professional experience as Quality Engineer in a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Good English skills (B2 minimum, C1 preferred)

Competencies

• High skills in quality tools (8D, CP, FMEA, MSA,...)
• Good knowledge of IT technologies
• Team-oriented, and great communication and problem solving skills
• Hands-on experience of minimum 5 years in industrial quality (Wind Industry, Aeronautics, Automotive…)
• Experience in the composite industry, or knowledge about composite
• Knowledge and experience in VDA audit.
