Factory Maintenance Technician - Daimiel, Spain

El departamento de soporte tecnico soporta la fabrica en procesos y maquinaria y es, junto al equipo de la fabrica, responsable para producir palas acorde al plan de produccion teniendo en cuenta las prioridades: seguridad, calidad, suministrar en tiempo y coste.

Responsibilities / Responsabilidades:

• Help during startup of new machinery.
• Execute assigned preventive maintenance plan.
• Execute unplanned corrective maintenance to minimize machinery downtime.
• Execute deferred corrective maintenance previously planned and assigned.
• Support engineering team if needed in case of continuous improvement tasks or projects.
• Support other departments during trouble shooting.
• Register tasks in Infor EAM.

• Ejecutar el plan de mantenimiento preventivo asignado.
• Ejecutar mantenimiento correctivo no planificado minimizando tiempo de parada de maquina.
• Ejecutar mantenimiento correctivo planificado y asignado.
• Ayudar durante el arranque de nueva maquinaria.
• Soportar equipo de ingenieria en tareas de mejora continua o projectos.
• Ayudar otros departamentos en la busqueda de causas de problemas.
• Registrar tareas en sistema de de gestion de mantenimiento.

Qualifications/Cualificaciones:

FPII in electrical, mechanical (or similar; automotive, eletronic, electromechanical) education.
Three years credited experience in maintenance environment

Preferible Grado superior en formacion profesional: electricidad, mecánica, (o similar: automoción, electronica, electromecánica)
3 años Experiencia demostrable en un ambiente de mantenimiento industrial

Competencies / Competencias:

• Electrical, mechanical and automatization knowledge
• Ability to work autonomously / team

• Conocimientos electricos, mecanicos y automatizacion
• Capacidad de trabajar autonomo y en equipo
