Digital Customer Channels & Experience within our Digital Solutions is responsible for improving a number of digital self-services and customer facing digital business channels.


Responsibilities

Your key focus will be to support the online business and channel management team with a mix of tasks in communication and coordination. Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Ensure timely, relevant, and updated communication within the team and to global and regional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the creation of digital communication material to customers including newsletters and how-to videos.
  • Contribute to the creation of online trainings of our digital channels.
  • Create documentation and presentations.
  • Ad hoc assistance and assignments.

Qualifications

We expect that you are currently enrolled in your bachelor's or master's programme at a Danish university within business management or similar, relevant to the position. It is important that you are:

  • Proficient in using digital tools and solutions.
  • Experienced with PowerPoint presentations and other means of communication.
  • Master English fluently, both written and spoken.

You will be involved in a prioritised business area with focus on ongoing strengthening our digital customer facing channels and services. This is a great opportunity for you to get deep insights in how to build and run a digital business and gain relevant work experience among enthusiastic and highly skilled people. We expect you to start in March and that you can commit to this position for a period of 12 months. You can expect to be working 15-25 hours per week, which can be flexible with respect to your studies.
