NCE Service Quality is responsible for supporting the regional Onshore Service organization for North & West, Central and East in achieving and maintaining Quality performance by ensuring quality is established on the regional Service sites.

The focus areas are Cost of Poor-Quality reduction, NC process deployment and standardization, LPF and LD's reduction, and ensuring standardized best practices are applied during Service.


Responsibilities

  • Guiding, defining and implementing strategic quality initiatives in sub-regional Onshore Service organization

  • Advise sub-regional Service businesses on their quality metrics, while providing recommendations for improvement

  • Ensure quality performance is understood by sub-regional Service

  • Sub-regional Service point of contact for Quality, including escalation of compliance issues

  • Support sharing of best practices in sub-regional Service through knowledge transfer across the value chain


Qualifications

  • Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in Quality

  • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt Practitioner

  • Certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Lead Auditor


Competencies

  • Good communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills, perseverance and the ability to see business rationally in a quality context.

  • Expertise and understanding of Service quality processes, experience with data analysis and knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies, monitoring of results and implementing solutions

  • Fluent in English

Additional Information

Anticipated travel for this position is expected to be around 30% per year.

The primary work location is Copenhagen, Denmark, but it can also be located anywhere within Europe, with a preference for the Central European Time (CET) zone.
